1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Please note: Certain items like perishable goods, personal care products, customized orders, or items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at [mail@dharia.in] with your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product (if applicable)
  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or provide return shipping instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • For damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For other eligible returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refund timelines:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via UPI, bank transfer, or store credit

Note: Refunds may take a few additional days to reflect in your account depending on your bank/payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size or color variations (if applicable and in stock)
  • Defective or damaged items

To request an exchange, please follow the same steps as for a return. Exchanges are subject to availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund
  • To cancel an order, email us at [ mail@dharia.in ] with your Order ID.
  • If the order is already shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy.
